Has nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry.
Throughout his career, he has held several senior executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer of the Polish entity representing Banque de Luxembourg in Poland, where he was responsible, among other duties, for regulatory reporting to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
He also supervised external asset managers on behalf of Banque Heritage in Geneva and served as a member of the management team at BNP Paribas in Zurich, where he oversaw cross-selling initiatives across the Central and Eastern European region.
Currently, Jaroslaw manages a number of strategic projects across Central Europe, Central Africa and Untied States of America. These include the restructuring of a government-owned financial institution in Central Africa in accordance with World Bank guidelines, commissioned by the country's Ministry of Budget.
Jaroslaw holds an Engineering degree from Supélec (Paris) and Master's degrees in Economics, Law, and Management from ENAss in Paris. He is fluent in Polish, French and English.
FERNANDO DE ESCORIAZA
Has over thirty years of experience in the financial services sector.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium, he was responsible for managing relationships with central banks and overseeing reserve management within the Treasury Department of JP Morgan in New York.
Fernando also has extensive experience in financial asset management for clients in Switzerland, as well as in financial control and auditing.
At Multiplus Finance SA in Geneva, he conducted reviews of banking relationships for leading private banking clients across Europe.
In addition, Fernando served for many years as a financial control expert for the Court of Justice in Geneva.
Fernando de Escoriaza is fluent in Spanish, French and English.
ALEXANDRE FILIP
He has served as an Analyst in the Financial Crime Unit at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alexandre also has experience in audit, having worked as a Financial Auditor at Mazars in Geneva.
In addition, he joined Estany Commodities SA, where he worked as a Commodity Assistant Trader.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience as a Senior Analyst in Trading and Banking Workflow, where he was responsible for the French-speaking market worldwide at the London Stock Exchange Group.
Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Geneva and Master’s degrees in Finance from the University of Lausanne.
He is fluent in Polish, French and English.
